Does Stress Make Your Pants Tight?
You know how it happens. I sure do. You work hard to lose some unhealthy weight: dieting, working out, celebrating the victory of each pound and inch lost. Then something happens in your life that sends all your self control and good intentions out the window. Stress. We all have some to greater and lesser degrees, and it's hard to be healthy when stress is messing up your life.
If stress makes it hard for you to maintain a healthy weight, you'll want to come to the library at 7 pm on Wednesday, August 10. Melissa Koerner, women's fitness and nutrition coach, will help you to identify some of the major stressors in your life and offer you tools to manage those stressors to lose weight, increase energy and improve your overall well-being.
Registration is suggested for this program by visiting our online calendar, calling 424-5021, or emailing. You can learn more about Melissa by visiting her website http://www.friendyourbody.com/
