Melissa Koerner, Certified Personal Trainer, Holistic Lifestyle Coach, and Metabolic Typing Advisor, will be at the library on Tuesday, February 23, at 7 pm to tell you about The Top 10 Health and Fitness Tips. Now you may say "I'm too... (choose one) old, stiff, tired, stubborn...to get healthy and fit." Not so! Much of what Melissa will tell you about is simple and based on things you already know you should be doing. And if you don't start now, when? I need this lecture as much as the next person, and I'm looking forward to hearing what she has to say and making some lifestyle changes of my own.
